Grace is a leader led volunteer run Church (Ephesians 4:11).
Grace’s Church Council oversee critical purposes of the church and the ensure that the congregation has leadership representation in the areas of Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Missions. In addition on Lead Deacon, Lead Trustee, and Chair of Finance sit on this team to equip our church for success.
Gwyneth Bradshaw was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland, where she currently resides with her husband, Adrian. Gwyneth works as a dietitian, yoga instructor and personal trainer at a personal training gym in Salisbury, Fixer Upper Fitness. She has been taking piano lessons since kindergarten, and can’t remember a time she hasn’t been singing. Barbara Norton is the Director of the Fellowship. She is a native Delawarean and has been an active member of Grace for almost 20 years. She enjoys the hospitality, fun and decorating that goes with the events that her team provides for the fellowship of Grace’s members. Jake Moss and his family (Mandy, Eloise, and Joel) have been engaged in the revitalization movement at Grace Seaford for the last 2.5 years. He is quite passionate about building and seeing relationships formed and cultivated inside and outside of the church. He believes that Jesus had a unique and relational approach to discipleship and hopes to see the church move in that direction. As a full time staff member with Young Life, his working hours are spent building relationships and sharing the Gospel with students. Favorite things to do include spending time with family, playing various musical instruments, reading, and theatre performance. Mike has been a missionary for decades and enjoys coordinating and leading diverse teams into the mission field. I moved to our beautiful Eastern Shore when I retired from the United States Air Force in 1993 after 23 years of service. Post military, I worked for another twenty years in the Delmarva poultry industry retiring from that vocation in December 2015.
I’ve been an active member of the Grace fellowship since 2002 which is the year we moved to the Seaford area from Dover. Shortly after joining Grace’s membership, I began leading the “Gathering” small group bible study. I also joined the Deacon group and have served on it for the past 14 years.
I am married to my wonderful wife Jacque who is a lifelong Eastern Shore resident. In addition to enjoying many various church activities together, I enjoy boating on the Nanicoke and Jacque enjoys crochet. (email@example.com)
Moved to Seaford and joined Grace Bapt Church in 1984 after completing college (Duke Univ) in 1967, med school (Medical College of Virginia) in 1971, radiology residency at MCV in 1980, and serving in and retiring from USAF (active duty and reserves) from 1970-1990. Lifelong Southern Baptist member at churches in Virginia and Mississippi. Served as Sunday School teacher in Va, Miss, and Del, ordained deacon in Mississippi, and stewardship/finance committees in Mississippi and Delaware. Retired in 2007 as MD/diagnostic radiologist with last 23 years on medical staff of Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. Served as president of med staff and on hospital board during that tenure. Former Trustee at Delaware Technical Community College for 15 years.

Being selected as Grace’s Lead Trustee has shown me that others consider me honest and trustworthy. I enjoy boating on the Nanticoke, landscaping at home and caring for my four legged friends.
